Molecaten terms and conditions

• Rental accommodation: arrival after 16:00 hours, departure before 10:00 hours
• Camping: arrival after 13:00 hours, departure before 11:00 hours

You can take out cancellation insurance with us at the time of booking. You pay € 3.50 plus 6% of the cost of your stay and 21% insurance tax on both amounts.

Children up to the age of 1 count towards the occupancy. The tourist tax does not apply to them.

We don’t accommodate (temporary) business accommodation. You accept that we prematurely terminate the agreement and do not grant a reduction on the agreed price when the place or holiday accommodation is used for other than recreational purposes.

Standard regulation

• 30% deposit to be paid within 10 days after booking;
• Remaining payment to be made no later than 6 weeks before arrival.
• When booking within 6 weeks before arrival, an immediate payment is required.

• 10% deposit to be paid within 10 days after booking;
• 20% payment to be made before 31 December of the current year;
• Remaining payment due 6 weeks before arrival at the latest.

This is a camper that complies with the furnishing requirements set by the Dutch tax authorities. Spending the night in another motor vehicle or in a trailer is not permitted at our parks.

Day visitors of guests are welcome, they should report to reception in advance. Day visitors are not allowed to use the swimming facilities (with the exception of Bosbad Hoeven). Day visitors’ pets are not allowed.

By family we mean the holiday-maker and the partner with whom the holiday-maker conducts a joint household and the minor children of the holiday maker and/or the partner with whom the holiday maker conducts a joint household, up to a maximum of 6 persons in total.

Changing persons/names within the specified number is not possible. If the maximum number of persons in the accommodation allows it, you can specify a guest. Guests only pay tourist tax.

The price for extra persons applies to extra persons who are present for the entire duration of the stay. Changing persons/names within the specified number is not possible.The price for guests applies to extra people who stay for part of the stay. Extra persons and guests also pay tourist tax.

Rental accommodation:
Outside school and public holidays, arrival and/or departure days are all days of the week (except Sundays). There is a minimum stay of 2 nights. The maximum length of stay in rental accommodation is 21 nights. In exceptional cases, this can be deviated from in consultation with the park manager. A longer stay will incur additional costs for energy and cleaning in addition to the cost of the stay. We also require a deposit of € 300.

Camping:
Except for Ascension Day and Pentecost, arrival and/or departure days are every day of the week. There is a minimum stay of 1 night.
 

When renting accommodation for a group, we may require a deposit for which a receipt will be issued.

A maximum of two pets are allowed per accommodation or camping pitch, provided the description states "pets allowed". Dogs (on a leash) and cats are allowed, for a fee, unless the entrepreneur decides otherwise. Other pets are allowed provided they are caged and cannot cause any nuisance.

Due to possible differences in interior design of our accommodations, no rights can be derived from the photos shown. In accommodation with bunk beds, the upper bed is not suitable for children under the age of 6.

Prices are valid at the time of booking and include VAT. Molecaten may increase or decrease prices. Adjusted prices do not apply to reservations already made.

All reservations are personal. It is not possible to change the name on a reservation after it has been made. So please make sure that the name on the reservation matches the person who will be attending.

The right to prolong the season at a permanent pitch depends on both a contract for a permanent pitch and an agreement for the prolonging of the season. Failure to comply with the conditions may be regarded as a shortcoming that justifies dissolution or termination of the agreement on seasonal prolonging. A (premature) termination of the contract for a permanent pitch and/or a dissolution or (premature) termination of a contract for seasonal prolonging does not entitle the holder to a reduction of the rate applicable to seasonal prolonging.

A preferred location at the park? For € 20.00 per camping pitch and € 35.00 per rental accommodation we make a note of your preference (in the summer holidays only possible for stays of 7 nights or longer).
